Power struggles within the workplace, resistance of communication between colleagues, uncomfortable atmospheres, communication breakdown and barriers, depression, lack of confidence, loss of direction, lack of energy or interest, company politics becoming an unhealthy distraction, departmental issues, management changes.

 

We specialise in creating outdoor teambuilding and leadership courses, various exercises and tasks are given to individuals whilst on a shooting range!

 

We direct indivuals to breakdown communication issues, whilst receiving instruction in firearms, chanelling interest and efforts and further more learning from professional instructors on a live shooting range. Firstly understanding how the weapons are held and the health & safety considerations that must be adhered to.

 

Individuals will be shown how to hold and shoot a hand gun, this is at fixed targets, group interaction is key as targets are viewed to measure the accuracy of the shooting. As the shooting continues, and the group becomes more confident, we introduce drop down targets for team shoots, this is a fantastic form of improving team work and encourages strong communication, this is great fun especially for those who are competitive individuals.

 

Other competitive shooting exercise include coloured balloons attached to targets, one again this is great fun, and breaks down barriers within individuals.

 

Photographic target images of terrorists are also introduced on the second day, with the introduction of larger weapons including pump action shot gun, a Kalashnikov, and a mp5 style gun.

 

Over the two days of the team building course, individuals will be dealing with challenging and emotional situations, encouraging team spirit and communication, this also includes strategy & planning as role play is introduced, to support and rescue injured colleagues. All the activities are carefully chosen to encourage thought processes, decision making, and communication within the team.

 

Our dynamic courses are very successful and popular with either companies, organisations or groups of friends.

 

We supply either T-shirts, hoodies or sweatshirts free of charge for all candidates, we can also personalise them with either individual names or company departments etc. There is a small fee for this requirement. Baseball caps, dog tags and other merchandise can be purchased too.

 

We take numerous photographs of all groups that attend our courses, which will be given to the groups on a disk.

 

All candidates receive a certificate following the course.

 

The training courses are held in the Czech Republic, as real firearms are illegal in the UK. We can however offer paintball activities, but if you want the real thing , then our shooting ranges in Czech are your answer!
