Unarmed Defence Tactics
This course is for more volatile and hostile situations. Candidates will learn and master various restraint techniques, including; escorting duties whilst restraining, including stairwells, from seated positions, in and out of vehicles. All techniques taught to candidates are to be used if other methods have failed. All candidates will have to assess the risks and will be reminded of the law, whilst using force and must have justification, post incident will be discussed for this reason. All candidates attending this course must be mentally and physically fit.
